You can scan for hardware changes:
Go to Start > Type "Device Manager" and hit enter > In Device Manager, on the Action menu, select Scan for hardware changes > Wait for it to scan and reinstall the driver then restart your pc and check if the issue still persists.
If the camera driver does not automatically reinstall, please visit your PC/laptop manufacturer's website, search for your model, download and install the camera driver.
Regarding the issue where it shows multiple horizontal lines in different colors, i would recommend you to try updating your gpu driver as well:
Go to Start > Type "Device Manager" and hit enter > right click on your display driver and select update driver > Click on "Search automatically for updated driver software" to ensure that you have the latest driver.
Also, go to Start > Type "Windows Update Settings" hit enter > Click on "Check for updates" to ensure you have installed the latest windows update.
Restart your computer and check if the problem still persists.

Okay, have you tried updating your GPU driver? also, is it possible to send me a screenshot of the horizontal lines?

I don't think I have updated the GPU driver since I do not know where or what that is. I will try to attach a screenshot of the horizontal lines. The led light is also flickering if that helps at all.

Okay, from what i can see from the image and that the light is flickering, i believe that this seems to be a hardware issue (faulty camera).
You can do a final check by updating or reinstalling the display driver:
Go to Start > Type "Device Manager" and hit enter > right click on your display driver and select update driver > Click on "Search automatically for updated driver software" to ensure that you have the latest driver.
However, if the issue still persists, I would recommend you to bring it to the shop to let someone have a look at it.
